How to prepare for your MAX-BULK cycle.

Following a workout and nutrition regimen for 30 to 60 days prior to any ANDRO FACTORY cycle will give you the best preparation for a successful cycle. This will improve your ability to receive the most muscle strength, stamina, hardness, flexibility and cardiovascular health prior to cycling; preparing your body for the highest results during your ANDRO FACTORY MAX-BULK supplementation. How should I diet during a MAX-BULK CYCLE?

For the highest results during an ANDRO FACTORY MAX-BULK cycle we recommend a diet high in protein, low in sugar, processed foods and alcohol. It is very important that you have sufficient nutrition during your cycle. ANDRO FACTORY has built in a daily dose of high nutritional contests including: CLA, Tocotrienol and Tocopherols complex, amino acids, maca (superfood) and essential vitamins helping you with muscle recovery, anti-aging and advanced male health. Using high quality organic non processed foods will support a natural healthy recovery and massive muscle growth.

All diets should consist of eating 5 to 6 times a day.

Prepare for your workouts.

Warm up your muscles prior to all training. By performing static stretches and basic warm up exercises your joints and ligaments will prepare for strengthening from minor joint stiffness. If any stiffness or tightness presents after a rigorous workout; soaking area for 10 to 15 min prior to the next workout with 1 cup of epsom salt can ease stiffness and prepare you for another rigorous workout.

Will I fail a drug test while cycling MAX-BULK?

Bulking it is not only about caloric intake, but also about feeding your body with foods rich in micro and macro nutrients. A supply of 1.5 to 2 grams of clean quality protein per pound of body weight will feed every cell in your body and have anabolic properties that will increase muscle mass. Also 2.5 to 3 grams per pound of body weight of complex and fibrous carbohydrates will be your body's main energy source and while help increase muscle growth and recovery. This number should be at least 14-18 if not, you should increase your calories accordingly to fall within this range. Although, eating fast food to get calories is not worth the fat you will put on and the damage those calories will add to your body. This process make take some time, so start slow and you will still achieve optimal results without shocking your system. Overtime the goal would be to have this number max out around 30. So a 200 pound person would then be at 6000 calories per-day at his maximum goal. Remember you still want to make sure your body is utilizing these calories. Drop your calories lower if you are constantly bloated, lethargic, and your body has inflammation. These are signs that you are not utilizing all the nutrients you are taking in. A Bulking diet is like everything else in life it needs structure. These are the ratios of fats, carbohydrates, and protein that I incorporate into my bulking diet to optimize my growth potential.

Besides the small amount of naturally occurring fats in my afternoon meals, I usually increase my fat in the evening. This helps my body not to be weighed down throughout the day, and to utilize the carbohydrates and protein around my workout more efficiently. I also stack my carbohydrates heavier around my workout so that my body maintains healthy blood glucose levels, and relieves the pressure on muscle and liver glycogen storages. This allows my body to maximize results in the gym and helps me not to hit a wall mid workout. Protein is essential with all meals and I like to get most of my protein sources from whole food and not supplements. However a good WPI right after a workout allows my body to get a quick jump to optimize protein re-synthesis in the body, because of how fast acting it is.

The Advanced DHEA Complex

If I would have done the full 8 I could guess I would have gained 12 to 15. Note this was just on 3 caps a day. GREAT product.  Perfect for the beginner who wants mass but wants a liver friendly ph.
